Almost nothing makes Mike happier than talking marketing, but what he likes even better is talking about it with a business owner who needs his help to grow their business. Mike's passion for marketing small business motivated him, along with longtime friend Eric Keiles, to create Square 2 Marketing, a platform to share their unique philosophy on small business marketing.
Mike is obsessed with the Square 2 Marketing team and is always striving towards building the best team. To deliver his vision, he has created a remarkable hiring process and a very special culture at the company, ensuring the recruitment of only “world class” contributors. Mike's blog provides insight and timely advice on issues that face business owners and marketing professionals every single day.
Mike's desire to share Square 2 Marketing's concepts with a wider group of business owners spurred the new book, Reality Marketing Revolution, which provides all business owners an opportunity to learn the company's approach and apply the techniques in their businesses right away.
Mike is a cofounder of the Philadelphia Business Leaders Alliance (PBLA), which provides networking opportunities and business advice to members from many industries in the Delaware Valley. He is an active member of Vistage, the world’s leading CEO organization.
In addition to coaching business owners, Mike also coaches the Ambler Junior Baseball Travel Team and has been active in coaching community baseball since 2000. He believes in always trying your hardest, always working to improve, and making sure you have fun.
Mike's passion for marketing is matched only by his passion for physically challenging activities. He recently joined the USA Triathlon and participated in his first triathlon this summer, the US Steelman. Mike is an avid runner and biker, and if you look hard enough, you can find him running or biking in and around the suburbs of Philadelphia.

Mike's educational background includes an undergraduate and graduate MBA from Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business.
