Graphic Designer

Team Structure

Square 2 Marketing Graphic Designers work as part of a POD. The POD includes a Marketing Coach, Project Manager and Graphic Designer. The POD is responsible for creating and executing marketing programs for our clients.

The POD is a self-managed work team. Each individual member has specific responsibilities and each member is responsible and accountable to the overall team. The Marketing Coach is responsible for providing clients active marketing support, working directly with the client on marketing projects, and ensuring that the projects deliver the expected results. The Project Manager is responsible for managing project deliverables, ordering materials, allocating resources, and insuring client satisfaction. The Graphic Designer is responsible for providing any artistic, creative or design expertise required to insure that projects exceed client expectations. The entire POD is responsible, accountable and compensated on client satisfaction.

Performance Profile

A Performance Profile is a little bit like a job description, but instead it defines our expectations around actual performance for a particular position. After reviewing our performance profile, the expectations for this position should be clear.
